A hybrid event combines elements of both a physical event and a virtual event. This means some of your audience members may attend your event at the venue while others will have to watch a livestream of your event.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, our dedicated studios Hybrid Experience @ Suntec Singapore and Hybrid Studio @ Pan Pacific Singapore can accommodate up to 250 and 50 in-person attendees respectively.
A virtual event, on the other hand, is an event that occurs over a livestream. Only event participants are allowed to be at the venue.

While we are committed to sourcing for and procuring the most value-for-money event resources (resulting in cost savings), we are equal in respecting the scope of your vision. If we feel that additional items that differ from the original deliverables are required, we will provide a Variation Order for your review before continuing.
We recommend a lead time of 6-8 weeks. This will allow us sufficient time to fully develop the theme of your event, book the venues, engage with reputable suppliers and vendors, design the graphics and launch your event’s registration page.

We are aware that your event may be affected by circumstances outside of your control, especially with the fluid Covid-19 situation. If you need to cancel or postpone your event, we will remain committed to finding a mutually beneficial solution.
